How we handle the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, give online, or sign up for text messages, you share information such as your name, email, phone number, and address. These forms are provided through Planning Center's Church Center, which stores the information for us.
How we use it
We use your information only to serve you and our church family: to follow up on your requests, send church announcements and reminders, and keep giving records. We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it, including your mobile number, with anyone outside the church except as described below for community outreach events, and only with your permission.
Community outreach events
At community events we host with partner churches, the sign-up form asks whether we may share your information with the partner church serving your community. If you say yes, we share only your name and contact information with that one church so they can follow up with you. If you say no, it stays with Whittemore Baptist Church.
Text messages
We text only people who have agreed to receive messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
Online giving
Online gifts are processed securely by Planning Center Giving. The church does not see or store your full card or bank account number.
